Thriving in My 30s: A Journey from Wall Street to Coaching
- Diana
Before I arrived here, I spent over a decade building a career on Wall Street. While I’m proud of my corporate journey, it also marked a period of internal reflection. I had focused heavily on extrinsic rewards—titles, bonuses, and status—which brought their own form of achievement. But over time, I began to realize that true fulfillment can come from both external success and internal alignment. This realization led me to explore what purpose and satisfaction meant beyond metrics alone.
My 20s were a whirlwind of growth and heartbreak. I’ve experienced obstacles in my relationships with family members, friends, and romantic partners. I wrestled with what success really meant while navigating a male-dominated industry that both motivated and exhausted me. I was emotionally volatile, often insecure and codependent, struggling to love and respect myself. The heartbreaks I endured taught me my version of grief, while the professional pressures revealed the emotional cost of ignoring my own needs. It was a decade of confusion, but also one of preparation—for the person I was becoming.
Today, I’m still learning, still growing—but from a place of power, not pain. My breakups became breakthroughs. My desire to achieve tangible results while feeling personally aligned—became the catalyst for pursuing a powerful purpose. I realized that I wasn’t alone in questioning my purpose, fulfillment, or direction—and that realization inspired me to help others do the same.
I received my Certified Professional Coaching (CPC) designation from an International Coaching Federation (ICF) School, The Institute of Professional Excellence in Coaching (IPEC). With my credible coaching education, personal emotional evolution, and extensive background with corporate client relationships , I now support others in their own journeys of transformation. I believe our most powerful resource is our energy. Energy attracts like energy. In my time on Wall Street, I saw firsthand how victim mindsets invited more struggle, while empowered, conscious leaders attracted success and connection. Whether you're in a corporate setting or navigating life circumstances and relationships, your energy dictates how you show up—and what you attract.
One of the most impactful tools in my coaching practice is the Energy Leadership™ Assessment, a unique and exclusive framework that reveals how you perceive and respond to life’s challenges. It measures the energy you bring to your thoughts, actions, and interactions—helping you identify patterns and shift your mindset for greater clarity, performance, and fulfillment.
If you're curious about strengthening a relationship with a romantic partner, a family member, a co-worker, or even yourself—reach out. I'd love to work with you.
